Solar® Mag-Bind® Soil DNA Kit
背景资料: Isolation of genomic DNA from soil sample with magnetic beads.
By combining Solar Bio-tek’s novel and proprietary soil DNA method with the high-performance Mag-Bind® technology, the Mag-Bind® Soil DNA Kit provides a fast and easy method for isolation of genomic DNA from environmental samples containing high humic acid contents. The purified DNA is ready to use in most downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blot, SNP analysis. Environmental samples are added to a bead beating tube for rapid and thorough homogenization, after lysis, proteins and unsoluble particles was removed. Binding conditions are then adjusted and Mag-Bind® particles was added to bind DNA. After two rapid washing steps to remove trace of contaminants, pure DNA is eluted with Elution Buffer or water. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without any further purification.
产品描述:The Solar® Mag-Bind Soil DNA Kit allows rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality total DNA from various soil samples. Up to 1 gram of soil samples can be processed in less than 60 minutes. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of Mag-Bind® particles with the efficiency of HAS Reagents to eliminate humid acid, polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from soil samples. Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, and hybridization techniques. There are no organic extractions, thus reducing plastic waste and hands-on time to allow multiple samples to be processed in parallel.
