产品描述:If using the Solar® Yeast DNA Kit for the first time, please read this manual before beginning the procedure. Yeast cells are grown to log-phase and spheroblasts are subsequently prepared. Following lysis, binding conditions are adjusted and the sample applied to a HiBind® DNA Mini column. Two rapid wash steps remove trace salt and protein contaminants and finally DNA is eluted in water or low ionic strength buffer. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.

关于5-hmC

By combining Solar Bio-tek’s novel and proprietary Stool DNA method with the high-performance Mag-Bind® technology, the Mag-Bind® Stool DNA Kit provides a fast and easy method for isolation of genomic DNA from stool samples containing high humic acid contents. The purified DNA is ready to use in most downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blot, SNP analysis. Stool samples are added to a bead beating tube for rapid and thorough homogenization, after lysis, proteins and unsoluble particles was removed. Binding conditions are then adjusted and Mag-Bind® particles are added to bind DNA. After two rapid washing steps to remove trace of contaminants, pure DNA is eluted with Elution Buffer or water. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without any further purification.
