Solar® Mag-Bind® 96 Total RNA Kit
背景资料: Isolation of total RNA using magnetic beads for cultured cells
The Solar® Mag-Bind® Total RNA Kit provides a novel technology for total RNA isolation. This kit allows the rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality total cellular RNA from cultured cells. The system combines the higher nucleic acid-binding properties of Mag-Bind® Particles with the Solar® RNA Isolation system to provide superior quality of RNA. Unlike column-based systems, the binding of nucleic acids to magnetic particles occurs in solution, resulting in increased binding kinetics and binding efficiency. Particles are also completely re-suspended during the wash steps of the purification protocol, which enhances contact with the wash buffer and removal of contaminants and increasing nucleic acid purity. Solar® Mag-Bind® Total RNA procedure can be fully automated with most robotic workstations.
