products are mixed with MBB Binding Buffer, and PCR products will select to bind with Mag-Binds® particles. With just one rapid wash steps remove trace contaminants such as nucleotides, primers and small, nontargeted amplification products, pure DNA is eluted in water or low ionic strength buffer. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.

The Mag-Bind® Cycle-Pure Kit procedure utilizes a magnetic beads baseds purification method to recover highly concentrated DNA from PCR products. The Mag-Bind® Cycle-Pure Kit is ideally designed for automated purification of PCR samples. By using the highly efficient binding ability of Mag-Bind® technology, DNA fragments are selectively bound to the surface of Mag-Bind® particles.
Salts and other impurities are washed away with two quick wash steps. This kit is suitable for both manual and fully automated processing. Purified DNA is ready for downstream applications include microarrays, automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, and restriction enzyme digestion.
