背景资料：Innovative method for isolating up to 10.0 mg of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA in less than 80 minutes.
The Endo-Free Plasmid Mega/Giga Kits provide an fast and efficient method for the large-scale isolation of endotoxin free plasmid DNA. Following lysis, endotoxins are removed from the cleared lysate with the addition of ERO Solution. With a few easy wash steps, the endo-toxin-free plasmid is eluted in endotoxin free elution buffer. Up to 10 mg of high quality plasmid DNA can be purified from 1000-2500 mL of overnight culture .Purified DNA samples are ready to be used in downstream applications such as, automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, cloning, and PCR amplification.
产品描述：The Solar® Endo-Free Plasmid Giga Kit combines time-tested consistency of alkaline-SDS lysis of bacterial cells with Solar Bio-tek’s innovative high efficiency DNA binding technology to recovery large scale high quality plasmid DNA. This new methods facilitate the binding, washing, and elution steps thus enabling multiple samples to be simultaneously processed. Yields vary according to plasmid copy number, E.coli strain, and conditions of growth, but 1000-2000 mL of overnight culture in LB medium typically produces 5-10 mg high-copy plasmid DNA. Up to 4 liter overnight culture may be processed when working with low-copy number plasmids. The product is suitable for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction endonuclease digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, and other manipulations.
