Solar® Stool DNA Kit
背景资料:Isolation of genomic DNA from stool samples.
Stool samples typically contain many compounds that can degraded DNA and inhibit downstream enzymatic reactions. The Solar®. Stool DNA kit is designed for fast and easy purification of total DNA from fresh and frozen stool samples. By combining the HiBind® Spin Column technology with a specially designed buffer system, the Solar® Stool DNA procedure yields high quality DNA in less than one hour.
产品描述:If using the Solar® Stool DNA Kit for the first time, please read this booklet to become familiar with the procedures. Frozen or fresh stool samples are homogenized and then lysed in a specially formulated buffer containing detergent. Proteins, polysaccharides, and cellular debris are subsequently precipitated with ISP Buffer after a heat-freeze step. Contaminants are further removed by HAS reagent by a quick centrifuge step. Binding conditions are then adjusted by adding Buffer DL and the sample is applied to a HiBind® DNA spin-column. Two rapid wash steps remove trace contaminants, and pure DNA is eluted with DNA ER Buffer. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.
