Solar® SQ Plant DNA Kit
背景资料：Isolate high molecular weight genomic DNA from Plant and Fungal samples.
The Solar® SQ Plant DNA Kit provides a reliable method for the isolation of high molecular weight genomic DNA from various plant species and tissues. This kit can also be used to isolate DNA from fungal species and tissues.This solution based system can process single or multiple samples simultaneously in less than 60 minutes. The convenient purification procedure remove contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as proteins and divalent cation. The SQ Plant DNA protocol can be easily scale up or down according to the samples and down stream applications. DNA purified using the SQ Plant DNA Kit is suitable for most downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blotting and restriction enzyme digestion.
产品描述：If using the SQ Plant DNA Kit for the first time, please read this booklet to become familiar with the procedure and its various modifications. Samples are first lysed in a specially formulated buffer. The protein is precipitated by adding PQ2. After removal of the protein, the supernatant is mixed with 1 volume of isopropanol to precipitate the DNA. The DNA pellet is washed with 70% ethanol and dissolved with water or low ionic strength buffer. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.
