Chromeo 488 conjugated antibodies have absorption and emission maxima of approximately 490 and 527 nm, which are compatible with common excitation sources and filter sets.

产品使用:Contents: 1 mg (Catalog No. 15041) or 0.1 mg (Catalog No. 15061) of Chromeo™ 488 conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) and 1 ml MAXfluor™ Mounting Medium. The antibody concentration is 2 mg/ml in 0.01 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride pH 7.4, containing 2 mM sodium azide.
Specificity: This antibody was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. It reacts with whole molecular rabbit IgG and the light chains of other rabbit immunoglobulins. No cross-reactivity with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins was observed.

Chromeo 488 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG is recommended by Leica Microsystems forSuper-Resolution Fluorescence Microscopy using Leica's STimulated EmissionDepletion (STED) microscopes. It has also been tested and verified by Leica for use inGround State Depletion with Individual Molecule return (GSDIM) using the SR GSD microscope. STED enables resolution of 50-70 nm, while GSDIM can mathematically re-construct images with resolution as low as 20 nm.
