Fluorescent Chromeo™ Dyes
背景资料:Chromeo™ Dyes – Chromeo 488, Chromeo 494, Chromeo 505, Chromeo 546 andChromeo 642 – are bright fluorescent labels that replace Alexa Fluor*, DyLight* or Cy*-dyes. They exhibit superior luminescence properties, broad Stokes shifts, stability towards photobleaching and pH, and low cell toxicity. In addition, they are compatible with most excitation sources including diode lasers, LEDs, tungsten lamps and xenon arc lamps. For your labeling convenience, Chromeo Dyes are offered in a variety of chemistries, as well as conjugated to secondary antibodies.
