3T3-L1 nuclear extract
背景资料:3T3-L1 nuclear extract was prepared from cell cultures of the mouse embryonic preadipocyte 3T3-L1 cell line. This cell line is derived from the original 3T3-Swiss albino cell line and has a fibroblast-like morphology. However, under appropriate conditions, 3T3-L1 cells are capable of differentiating into an adipocyte-like phenotype and are responsive to lipogenic and lipolytic hormones and drugs. These cells are commonly used as an in vitro model of adipocytes and in studies related to obesity and metabolic diseases.

Nuclear extracts from 3T3-L1 cells are supplied from embryonic adipose 3T3 cells and are supplied in Dilution Buffer (20 mM Hepes (pH 7.9), 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 20% glycerol, 0.5 mM PMSF and 0.5 mM DTT).

Extracts have been quality control tested by Western blot and the Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA).
温度保存:
Lyophilized proteins can be stored at -20°C or -80°C, preferably desiccated. Recombinant proteins in solution are temperature sensitive and must be stored at -80°C to prevent degradation. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
