Plant Total RNA Miniprep Purification Kit

Plant Total RNA Miniprep Purification Kit含有兩種Lysis Solution，能供客戶選擇來抽取各種植物及真菌類之total RNA。Lysis Solution A: guanidine thiocyanate; Lysis Solution B: SDS/anti-oxidants。本試劑組以連續、快速的洗滌與離心，將細胞碎屑等雜質污染物去除，total RNA再藉由與glass fiber membrane的專一性結合，取得高純度的total RNA。

產品特性 Preparation of high quality total RNA from both of herbaceous, woody plants and fungi. Include two alternative lysis solutions for higher yield and difficult plants. Specialized solution for difficult plant tissue containing high level polyphenolics and polysaccharides. Simple on-column DNase I treatment for genomic DNA removal High yields up to 100 μg No phenol / chloroform extraction, no ethanol precipitation. 實驗數據   Non-denaturing gel electrophoresis of the total RNA purified from various plant leaf samples by kit from GeneMark (GM) with Lysis Solution B and from supplier Q (Q). The rice RNA purified from supplier Q contains large amount of genomic DNA contamination.   RT-PCR of rice actin gene RNA were purified by kits from GeneMark and supplier Q, genomic DNA contamination was observed from supplier Q by both RT-PCR reaction (RT) and RT-PCR without reverse transcriptase control (Taq, use Taq only  in RT-PCR). 訂購資訊   Products: Cat.
